Day In My Life: Photoshoot & New Shoes

Today I've decided to put aside the tripod, concealer 
& blush & invite you all into a day in my life. 

Hopefully I'll be able to do more of these.

Oh & this post is VERY pic heavy.

Well............... Spring Break 2014 has finally come to an end but on Easter Monday I started my day off pretty cool. I got up, showered, had no breakfast and got on the slow-as-molasses-moving train to Manhattan. I met with my "Let Me Shoot You" photo shoot giveaway winner Sew Stylish Rhea.

See, I like meeting up with my blogger boos in real life. We learn a lot from each other and have TONS of fun. Just ask Peg City Lovely. We shole had fun at Chiptole!

Rhea took me to the East End Park at the end of 86th Street to do our shoot. In all my years in this city I've never been down that side of Lexington Avenue. I always stayed within the vicinity of the 86th Street/Lexington Avenue area. If I hadn't done this giveaway I wouldn't have gone there yesterday and maybe not for a long time if at all.

The pretty flowers. I smelled them as soon as I entered the park.

And here's what I wore on this regular day. Nice and comfy. It isn't always 4 inches heels and foundation. Plus wearing four inch heels wouldn't have been very practical for me on this shoot since I was the photog. I had Rhea take some quick photos of me before we wrapped up.

After this I went to a classmate's house to do some homework. And here are the new shoes that were waiting for me to get home. I heart DSW.

Gonna return this one. The top is too big for my magga ankles.
